How do I start working with Hallan Transport?+
Enter your DOT number on this page. We verify it with FMCSA and email a setup link to the address FMCSA has on file. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
What should I have ready?+
Your W-9, MC certificate, a certificate of insurance, an insurance certificate naming Hallan Transport Inc. as certificate holder, a voided check for each ACH or wire account, and — if you factor — your factoring company’s notice of assignment.
How can I get paid?+
Directly, through a factoring company, or both. Payments go out by ACH, wire transfer or EFS, and you choose a default during setup.
Where does my insurance certificate go?+
Ask your insurance provider to send it, with Hallan Transport Inc. listed as certificate holder, to [email protected]. Setup is approved once it has been received and verified.
